For some it is genetic. They are fat by hereditary reasons. Some people are genetic super models and will never put on weight, no matter how much they consume or how often they exercise.
In order to heave a healthy life try loosing weight in excess and keep your body in shape. How can you eliminate these additional calories? Should someone restrict their consumption of food and follow a diet? Does it really help? Some of us cannot diet and just cannot resist the temptation to eat.
No matter what lose weight diet they start, they cant keep the weight off, as they get back to their old eating habits as soon as the diet schedule is over. In order to be able to maintain a healthy body, it is essential that we have regular habits. Dieting should not be just a one off attempt to lose weight. You should do regular exercise in a natural manner to lose fat that is likely to accumulate as a result of the food you eat.

One could also try out gree tea diet by having about five cups of green tea instead of the normal tea that you have regularly. If you lose 70-80 calories a day, you could shed a pound of fat in about a month and a half.A pound of fat is equivalent to some 3500 calories. In order to lose weight you must maintain a habit of making healthy food choices and getting regular exercise. just going on a diet for a few days and then getting back to old habits.
